Hi, I’m Ana Lopez, the owner of Carisma Esthetics, based in Hurst, Texas, and proudly serving the surrounding areas. I’m a licensed esthetician passionate about helping women and men feel confident, beautiful, and cared for through personalized facials, waxing, and lash services. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Child Development, and from Ogle School in January 2025. Before becoming a solo esthetician in May 2025, I gained valuable experience working in both the medical field and the spa industry, which helped shape my approach to combining results-driven care with a relaxing, personalized experience. As a mom of twin boys, I know the importance of taking time for yourself — to relax, recharge, and feel your best. At Carisma Esthetics, my goal is to provide a space where you can unwind and leave glowing inside and out. I’m proud of my growing business and excited to continue expanding by bringing in new technologies and advanced services. I’ll soon be offering microneedling, botox, and filler treatments to help my clients achieve even more confidence and radiant results.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment is very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a last-minute cancellation. This helps me stay on schedule for all clients. Emergency Situations I understand that life happens. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you are experiencing an emergency or illness, and I’ll do my best to accommodate with flexibility when appropriate.
