CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment is very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a last-minute cancellation. This helps me stay on schedule for all clients. Emergency Situations I understand that life happens. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you are experiencing an emergency or illness, and I’ll do my best to accommodate with flexibility when appropriate.
